林麝源大肠埃希菌的分离、鉴定及耐药性与致病性分析Isolation,identification and drug resistance pattern and pathogenicity of a stain of Escherichia coli from forest musk deer

摘要(Abstract):
为探究陕西省安康市林麝死亡原因,本试验无菌采集病死林麝肺脏进行细菌的分离、鉴定及耐药性与致病性分析。通过病理解剖、细菌分离纯化、革兰染色镜检、生化鉴定及16S rRNA基因测序等方法对分离株进行鉴定;通过药敏纸片法和毒力基因PCR扩增分析分离株的耐药性和致病性,并对其进行分子分群。结果显示,在死亡林麝肺脏分离出1株革兰阴性短杆菌,经鉴定为大肠埃希菌,命名为LS202010;进化树分析结果显示,分离株LS1与挪威分离株LR883965.1同源性最高;药敏试验结果显示,分离株对阿莫西林、复方阿莫西林、泰万菌素、氨苄西林、泰乐菌素、氨苄青霉素、头孢噻呋钠、金霉素、新霉素、复方磺胺氯达嗪钠、安普霉素等耐药;毒力基因PCR分析结果显示,该菌含有etrA毒力基因,表明该菌属于肠聚集性大肠埃希菌;分子分群结果显示,该菌属于B1群。本试验分离出1株林麝源大肠埃希菌LS202010,并证明其具有较高的致病性和耐药性,为致病性大肠埃希菌的防制奠定理论基础。
